  21.   Many modplayers don't know how to allocate CIA-timers, they just
  22.   use them even though some other program has allocated them and is
  23.   currently using them. Executive uses one of the two CIA-timers, so
  24.   the mod-player should use the other one, or complain that no free
  25.   timer is available. Simply use ExecutivePrefs and change the timer
  26.   that Executive uses to "timer.device".
